I was born on September 19, 1965. The Yankees beat the Tigers 3-0 that day but otherwise, it was pretty unremarkable. Orthodox and Conservative are probably pretty fair words to use to describe me, but then again so is “refreshing, cute, and enlightening” – at least it was in 1983 when Katie Guthrie wrote in my yearbook. More accurate today may be “exhausting, tiring, and kinda ok”.
